The staff was supper friendly and attentive and my stay was really enjoyable, would come there again. The room I booked was all kept clean and available with air con, a shared bathroom, basic facilities.

The location of the hotel in Florence is great and amazing, right by the center of Firenze as well as the Galleria. It's minutes from Trattoria Mario, where you can have lunch.

Incredible stay! The staff were so nice and welcoming, showing us all the best spots and giving amazing recommendations. The breakfast, delivered to our room, was great. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The train station was a short walk away and the main sights were right down the street. If I came back, I would definitely stay here again. Strongly Recommended!

Great hotel! Cesare, the host, was incredibly helpful and gave us excellent tips for our trip. The free breakfast included a beverage and cake, and for a small fee, we could get a delicious set with juice, sandwiches, cake, and cereals. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage space for our luggage. The location was also perfect. We were lucky to have a room with air conditioning at no extra charge, and the bathrooms were always clean. Having access to the kitchen was also a bonus for chilling our drinks. a fantastic experience!

Guest House Be Happy! is located right in the center of the city, making it close to all the attractions. the rooms are spacious and filled with fresh air, giving off a true Florence style. the bathrooms are kept clean with good water pressure. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered to their room every morning.

The shared bathroom situation may not be suitable for everyone.

I was thrilled to have an air conditioning unit in the room, especially at no extra charge. the location was perfect, with key attractions like the Duomo just a short walk away. having access to a fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, allowing me to chill my drinks and prepare snacks as needed.

There were a few aspects that didn't meet my expectations. This caused an inconvenience as I had to withdraw more money than planned.

Cesare was an absolute legend, super chill and helpful with carrying luggage, had genius system for it! He solved our problems, gave insider food tips, and eco-friendly vibes were mind-blowing. Huge room with anti-mosquito machines, close to Duomo, supermarket, and kitchen for food storage. Good Wi-Fi, fans worked perfectly. Breakfast by Uncle was delicious, and Caesar's mom kept everything spotless. The place was a hidden gem!

The room at Guest House Be Happy! in Florence was cozy and nicely decorated, making me feel at home instantly. The soothing color palette and charming furniture added to the overall comfort and relaxed atmosphere, which I absolutely loved.

The only thing I liked less was that the bathrooms were shared. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
